17th BiG tournament tees off at CCC today

CEBU, Philippines - The 17th Business in Golf Tournament, one of the events lined up for the Cebu Business Month celebration tees off today at the Cebu Country Club.

A total of 50 teams are expected to see action in this four-man team event where the scores of all players would count for the team total.

BiG chairman Emmanuel Tesalona said that the hole-in-one prizes are a Daihatsu Move from RDAK Transports Equipment Inc., a 100 A Sunriser motorcycle from the Norkis Group of Companies, and a 60W solar powered LED streetlight from Greenworld LCD Solutions Inc.

The theme of this year’s Cebu Business Month is “Get Inspired! Go Green!”

The awards ceremony of the tournament will be held tonight at Teatro Casino inside Casino Filipino at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel.

This year’s tournament is a partnership with the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry as they also bring the 19th Visayas Area Business Conference (VABC) in Cebu, with CCCI as the host.   (FREEMAN NEWS)
