10th DYAB Kapamilya Run tomorrow

CEBU, Philippines - Over a thousand runners from all over Cebu are set to see action in the 10th DYAB Kapamilya Run at the Asia Town I.T. Park tomorrow morning.

The entries will compete in three categories - the 15K, 7K and 1.6K fun run.

Without Mendel Lopez, Simon Losiaboi is againt expected to have easier time on top of the premiere 15K action. The same goes to Mary Grace de los Santos in the distaff side.

ABS-CBN broadcaster Haide Acuña, who is now a certified ultra-marathoner, is without doubt one of the center of attraction as she showcases her wares together with her fellow employees at ABS-CBN and DYAB as well as other mediamen who are also into running now.

The premiere division is set at 15K as a symbol of DYAB Abante Bisaya’s 15th year of existence.

Cash prizes and medals will be given away to the top performers in each category.

The funds raised out of the event will be for the ABS-CBN and DYAB’s project in line with rehabilitation of dilapidated public schools in Cebu .
