Quickflight Racing riders shine in Subic moto-x
CEBU, Philippines - The Castrol-powered Quickflight Racing bagged the team championhip and snatched several other individual honors during the kick off leg of the Enersel Forte Philippine National Motocross Series at the Clark International Speedway in Subic.
Quickflight outsmarted early favorites JMS-Therasil and KTM-Access Plus in the team race, relegating them to second and third place, respectively.
The team event is composed of three riders per team racing altogether.The highest position each team rider gets will be totalled to determine the winner.
Quickflight Racing is composed of Irwin Ramas-Uypitching, Weng Yapparcon and Clark Wagas.
Another Cebuano rider Ted Conde topped the intermediate division followed by Yapparcon, who also wound up fourth in the pro category.
Ryan Quirol ruled the novice production, while Wagas placed third.
The next leg of the series is set on June 26 to 27 in Tubod, Lanao del Norte, while the third leg will take place in Santa Barbara, Iloilo at a still undisclosed date. (FREEMAN NEWS)
