CEBU, Philippines - Buhisan sealed its bid in the Cebu City Dancesport and Hiphop Barangay Competition Circuit Season 2 Championship with two golds and a silver to lead the charge among all finalists at the Cebu Coliseum.
Buhisan got its golds through Rheniel and Katrina Jabonero in the latin junior open and Kim Mayorga and Stephanie Joy Sevilla in latin youth division.
Buhisan picked up a silver through the efforts of Jimmy Jabonero and Concepcion Gonzaga.
Mambaling trailed Buhisan in the overall medal standings with a gold from Roberto Paulia and Ellaha Marie Marquez in the latin juvenile open plus a silver and three bronzes.
Apas came in third with an even 1-1-1 medal haul. Its lone gold was produced by Crispin Sato and Maria Luiza Dalda in the standard juvenile class.
Guadalupe placed fourth with a gold from Joseph Miguel Cantilla and Krissa Marte Canoog in the standard junior.
Ramos got the other gold through Jamil Khaven Miñoza and Jasmin Iris Pogoy.
Mabolo ended its bid with a silver and Poblacion, Pardo with a bronze.
In the equally-exciting hiphop contest, Mambaling’s Apocalypse bagged the champion’s trophy.
