Laude rules Baseline darts tourney

CEBU, Philippines - Roy Laude once again shot into the limelight after topping the Baseline Singles Darts Tournament at the Baseline Sports and Recreational Center here.

Laude, who is expected to be one of Cebu ’s bets in the M.Lhuillier and Osmeña-Rama Cup National Darts Competition here next month, showed that he is preparing to answer the challenge well.

Laude beat the equally-talented Rodrigo “Odong” Pamatian for the top spot.

Titing Alburo placed third while Wennie Abella ended fourth.

The fifth to seventh placers were Meme Canga, Nilo Janson and Luis Azaraga.

Organized by CDA Team Magic and Arnel Guba, the event is an added expose for the local darters in preparation for next month’s national tilt.–Caecent No-ot Magsumbol   (FREEMAN NEWS)
