Consolacion "Fun Run For Change" this am
CEBU, Philippines - Hundreds of runners are expected to show up for the 2010 Consolacion “Fun Run For Change” today at the Sta. Lucia Town Square grounds in Consolacion.
The regular runners will compete under three race lengths:10-kilometer, 5KL and 3K.
A 1K run for kids has also been added up.
The champion in the 10K class will take home P3,000. The top finisher in the 5K will get P2,000, while the overall winner in the 3K and 1K will receive P1,500 and P1,000, respectively,
Organized by the Consolacion North Road Runners and supported by the Norkis Group of Companies and Provincial Board (PB) member Victor Maambong, the one-day event is among the highlights of Consolacion’s 90th founding anniversary. —Caecent No-ot Magsumbol (FREEMAN NEWS)
