Pink October Run takes off today

CEBU, Philippines - Running enthusiasts will be on the streets today for the PCS Cebu Pink October Run at the Terraces in Ayala Center.

The run features 10K for seasoned runners, 5K for novice, 3K for beginners and 1K walk for starters.

The 10K runners will have to pass through three flyovers in Ayala, Banilad and Talamban before heading back to the Cebu Business Park.

The 5K runners will turn at Crossroads mall while the 3K runners turn at the Grand Convention Center.

The 1K walk will just be around the Cebu Business Park.

After the event, doctors and patients will have forum about breast cancer.

Philippine College of Surgeons Cebu-Eastern Visayas Chapter, organized this event, with the Ayala Center Cebu Mall, the I Can Serve Group and Rotary Club of Cebu Fuente.
