M'bike tourney in Danao today
CEBU, Philippines - After several months of inactivity, Cebu’s downhillers get back on the groove as the downhill event of the 2nd Congressman Red Durano Road and Mountainbike Competition will take place today in Danao City.
The race is divided into two classes, the open and executive.
On the other hand, the road racers and cross-country riders of the mountainbike contest will try to outdo each other tomorrow.
Both disciplines will start and finish at the Danao City Hall.
The categories under the road race are A, B and C.
The mountainbikers will be spread into eight classes including the men and women’s open, seniors, masters A and B, beginners and executive.
Cash prizes will be given away to the winners of this Danao City Sports Commission-spearheaded tilt. – Caecent No-ot Magsumbol (THE FREEMAN)
