Aqua Serv, Kuya Allan triumph in FYA

CEBU, Philippines – The Aqua Serv Mineral Water washed out Orillaville, 107-102, while Kuya Allan bounced back from its previous defeat with an 86-80 disposition of Team Grandeur in the F. Llamas Youth Association (FYA) 1st Vice Mayor Mike Rama Cup at the Vicente Sotto Memorial Gym in Brgy. Punta Princesa, this city.

Tito Bacarisas finished with 37 points, while Janus Abellana and Christian Villacastin had 21 and 18 points, respectively, as Aqua Serv stayed undefeated in two games, so far.

Kikoy Maucesa topscored for the 1-1 Orillaville with 25 points, while Mark Enriquez and Junbel Llegunas both fired 19 points.

In the other game, Ranel Patalita amassed 30 points for Kuya Allan of team owner Allan Guibelondo. Kenneth Marqueda pitched in 19 points, while Eman Ruebal added 15 points followed by Noel Medalle with 10.

Rovel Tabar tallied 26 points for Grandeur, which crashed to its second straight loss.

The FYA tilt is also backed up by Punta Princesa Brgy. Capt. Rolly Diorico, councilor Ray Gabriel Salgado and tournament chairman Boy Atillo.
