Coon Grill dartfest on Mar 6-8

CEBU, Philippines – Almost all clubs that belong to Cebu Darts Federation have signed up for the Coon Grill Cebu City Dart Open 2009 slated March 6-8 at the Coon Grill at Paseo Panagdait in Brgy. Mabolo, this city.

The competition, organized by the City Hall Employees Darts Association (CHEDA) led by its president Bert Colong Jr. serves as dry run for the upcoming Cebu City National Darts Championships tentatively scheduled in the last week of April.

The participating teams, as of this writing, include Ram Darts from Ramos, Cabreros Darters Club, Ton 80 from Zapatera, Terton Craft, Lola East, MCWD Darts Club, VECO Darts Club, SWU Darts Association, UC Darts Association and ALA-Sikatuna Darts Club.

These darters will compete in classified doubles, classified 3-man team, open youth and open singles.

Registration fee for each participant is pegged at P135.00, registration starts on March 6 starting at 6 pm at the venue of the tournament.

The Coon Grill dartfest is also sponsored by the Camella Homes of Sen. Manny Villar and sanctioned by the National Darts Federation. (GGM) (THE FREEMAN)
