USPF seeks clean slate

CEBU, Philippines – The CDO Idol Cheese Hotdog/University of Southern Philippines Foundation (USPF) tries to remain unbeaten as the CESAFI Partner’s Cup Women’s Volleyball Tournament resumes today at the USC gym.

Fresh from its victorious campaign in the PRISAA in Dumaguete City, the volleybelles of coach Jordan Paca will take on Virginia Premium Corned Beef/Cebu Doctor’s University (CDU) in the featured game. UPSF has a clean record of 3-0. 

Another title contender, R. Lapid’s Chicharon/Southwestern University (SWU), who has a similar 3-0 slate, plays Metro Gaisano/University of the Visayas (UV) in the curtain raiser.

The second game pits Ave Maria Sanctuary and Park/ University of San Jose Recoletos (USJ-R) and Enervon-C Multi Vitamins/University of Cebu (UC).
