Ramos shines in inter-barangay dance contest
Cebu - Barangay Ramos ruled the 11th leg of the Go Ching Hi-Martina-M.Lhuillier Cup Inter-Barangay Dancesport Competition held in Brgy. Pasil, this city.
Ramos collected three golds in the open division. Host Pasil finished second with a gold and a silver followed by Guadalupe with a gold and a bronze.
Pardo snatched a gold, silver and bronze, Cogon and Lahug had a silver and Labangon managed only a bronze.
Ramos’ gold came from juveniles Therese Andre and Patrick Quilaton, juniors Joyjorie Baron and Tripone Espanol through the modern standard action and Rachel Intong and Roy Cabanlit in the latin youth division.
Pasil got its lone gold in the open action through Mark Geromil Orcullo and Chastine Abellana in the youth standard.
Guadalupe posted a 1-2 finish in the juvenile latin division behind the efforts of Jhameille Basanez and Paolo Usman and Naditha Manubag and Glaren Roi Saldua.
