Poblacion, Kinoguitan, Misamis Oriental.

The Cebuano spikers bowed to the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), 15-25, 18-25 and then dropped a heart-breaking 19-25, 21-25 decision to another top-seeded team Philippine Navy.
