Cebuano swimmers yearn to fish golds in Iloilo

CEBU - The members of the Cebu Blue Marlins Swim Club are all raring to go for gold in 2nd in Iloilo City Dinagyang Age-Group Swimfest starting today at the Iloilo Sports Complex in Lapaz, Iloilo City.

Majority of the CBM entries come from the University of Cebu with 16. Three are from the Cebu Eastern College and Asian Learning Center and one each from FBC Christian Learning School, Labangon and Guadalupe Elementary School, and 3H Childhood Academy.

The UC tankers are Isaias Gabunada, Gian Paolo Bagano, Seth Lemuel Bacus,Trina and Noel Caneda, Chargen Bautista, Michael and Paula Abigail Vega, Jose Pantaleon, Christine Indaya, Romylyn Ignacio, April Mhel Angelie Garcia, Jerose Rosada, Joyce Huguete, Norie Joy Long, and Aimee Sanchez.

From CEC are the Navarro siblings Anthony II, Lyh Ann, and Anthony Linn, while ALC parades Rhys Michael, Rian Michael and Renan Gabriel Tapang. The rest of the CBM bets are Michael Ichiro Kong of FBC, Kristina Angelika Torres of 3HCA, Karen Mae Indaya of Labangon ES, and Israel Gabunada of Guadalupe ES.
