CEBU - Romy Sanchez reigned supreme in the November edition of the Criterium Rider of the Month over the weekend at the north reclamation area in Mandaue City.
Sanchez defeated Celing Villarosa for the top post.
Sanchez’s consistency in all the races he competed last month paved the way for his victory.
