DBTC, SHS-J top spots in Inter-School caging

CEBU - The Don Bosco Technology Center (DBTC) and Sacred Heart School-Jesuit (SHS-J) vie for top spots in the mini and midget divisions as the semifinals of the 1st Metro Cebu Inter-School Basketball Challenge “A Search for Little king of the Court” begin today at the DBTC gym.

In the mini class, DBTC faces Cebu Eastern College in the curtain-raiser, while SHS-J takes on Southwestern University in the second game.

On the other hand, DBTC-A will go up against SHS-J in the midget category, while the unstoppable University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R), collised with SWU in the last game.

The winners in both classes will then set up a pair of championship matches tomorrow still at the same venue.

Team World manages the tournament in association with DBTC Administrator and Rector Fr. Lan Guiao, Boy Andoyo (event director), Harry Lim and Rey Villagracia (tournament commissioners), and Rey Cañete (technical commitee).
