Balamban, Aloguinsan lead Cluster 3

CEBU – Defending champion Balamban and Aloguinsan share the top spot in Cluster 3 action of the 4th Governor Gwen Garcia Unity Volleyball Cup For Women.

Balamban and Aloguinsan are both toting a 2-0 card after posting victories yesterday in Tuburan. Balamban won over Pinamungajan 25-15, 25-14, and then pulled down Asturias 25-6, 25-8 to stay unbeaten. Aloguinsan was equally impressive with after victories over Barili and Tuburan.

Tuburan and Barili recovered later in the day to log victories. Tuburan dropped Asturia 25-17, 25-12 while Barili beat Pinamungajan 25-17, 25-23. — Caecent No-ot Magsumbol (THE FREEMAN)
