San Roque, Lawaan, Linao finally win in Talisay Mayor's Cup caging

CEBU - San Roque, Lawaan and Linao finally barged into the win column in the 2008 Talisay City Mayor’s Cup Basketball Tournament at the city’s sports and cultural complex.

In the seniors category, San Roque edged out Lawaan 3, 73-67, behind the efforts of Mark Diosimito, Evan Antipuesto and Carlito Sabellano who conspired for 38 points.

Lawaan 1, on the other hand, broke the hearts of Camp 4 via a 70-69 cliffhanger, while Conerey tabas sparkled with 23 points as Linao repulsed San Isidro, 62-60 in the other Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) match.
