Osing wins 5th leg of August CRM
Little-known Jemar Osing got the surprise of everyone when he topped the fifth leg of the Criterium Rider of the Month race for August last Monday in Brgy. Busay, this city.
Osing reigned supreme in the “By Invitation” or BI class after logging in 15 minutes and 10 seconds in the individual time trial covering 5.37 kilometers.
Lito Quebec, the fourth leg winner, settled for second place third time with a 15:33 clocking, while Ronald Ponseka came in third with the time of 16:01.
Rudy Mendoza placed fourth in 16:05, while third leg winner Jon Simbajon wound up fifth in 16:02.
Boy Pagnanawon, on the other hand, ruled class B followed by Orlan Toring and Nilo Barbalose. The fourth and fifth spots in the event sponsored by Dr. Rodney “El Jefe” Rubi went to Ramsy Villaver and Nonoy Jopson. – Caecent No-ot Magsumbol
