Inday Orping survives Jet Marketing in SRNA cagefest

Team Inday Orping Villamor got past Jet Marketing via a 63-62 cliffhanger at the start of the San Roque Neighborhood Association basketball tournament last Sunday at the Guadalupe Sports complex.

Andoy Abella paced Inday Orping with a game-high 26, while Dennis Pardillo and Dong Omelig banged in 23 markers combined.

Jomar Tasco topscored for Jet Marketing with 23 points followed by Bernie Cantancio with 14.

In the other game, Jollibee routed Francis Ian, 85-61.

A total of 10 teams are taking part in the event spearheaded by SRNA led by its president Tony Abella and tournament chairman Lito Posadas.
