‘Poomsae’ to be contested in CVIRAA Meet

Poomsae or forms in taekwondo is now officially part of the DepEd-organized sporting events including in the upcoming CVIRAA Meet, which is set to open on March 25 at the Carlos P. Garcia Sports and Cultural Complex in Tagbilaran City.

This will be the first time that poomsae will be competed in the CVIRAA and in the Palarong Pambansa since it was introduced in the country a few years back.

Poomsae will be added to the kyorugi or sparring competition. – Caecent No-ot Magsumbol
