RCPC Team I rules Rotary cagefest

The members of Rotary Club of Port Centre Team I put their acts together to win the bowling competition at the Gaisano Bowlingplex, which was among the highlights of the Rotary Club International District 3860 Convention.

Port Centre I bested 18 other squads with 2,346 pinfalls.

Aside from lifting the championship trophy, Port Centre also collected two special awards - the highest team  single with 821 pins and the highest double for a team with 1,624 pinfalls.

Port Centre’s II Dindin Exaltacion won the highest female single and double, while the men’s side had one of Banilad Metro’s bets sweeping the awards. Talisay’s Melchor Petracorta grabbed the highest single with 212 pinfalls.

Rotary Club Banilad Metro Team I finished second overall with 2,314 pinfalls followed by the Rotary Club Cebu South with 2198 pinfalls.

The fourth to 10th placers were Rotary Club of Port Centre II (2,197), Tagum North (2,097), Metro Mandaue (2,042), Mandaue North/Mactan(2,040), Mandaue East (2,034),Talisay (2,011) and Pag-asa/Durian/Sta.Ana, Davao (1,998) —Caecent No-ot Magsumbol
