Motocross season finale today in San Fernando

Motocross enthusiasts are expected to watch the season finale today of the 2007 MS Motosuit Motocross Series in San Fernando, Cebu.

The 11th and final leg is aptly named the Mayor Neneth Reluya Cup, a tribute to the mayor of San Fernando town in southern Cebu.

Nonoy, the mayor’s husband, a long time patron of motocross racing, will see action in the executive class, where he will pit his skills against the likes of Andot Rubi, Jun Enriquez, Aloy Igot and Siegfred Ornopia.

Glen Aguilar, the country’s top rider and Cebu’s Sportman of the Year awardee, will again display his riding skills in a special event especially organized for him.

The event also features races in the pro, open, expert, executive A, B, C, intermediate, novice, local enduro, beginners, and All-San Fernando categories.

Among the riders to watch, aside from Aguilar are, Jubannie Abellar, Pepo Rubi, Jon-Jon Adlawan, Jubenile Abellar, Ayen Ledesma, Donkey Sanchez, John Flores, Paulo Inoc, among others.
