1st Inter-Call Center cagefest off Dec. 1

Team Convergys is raring to protect its reputation as the best among call centers when it plays in the 1st ever RCTV Inter Call Center Basketball Championships that kicks off on December 1 at the Bright Academy basketball court in Banilad, this city.

Convergys will try to fend off the challenge from Teletech, 1 and 2, Western Wats, E-Telecare, E-Performax and Qualfon.

The tournament follows a single-round robin format  with the top four teams advancing to the crossover semifinals.

The number one team plays the fourth ranked team while the number two team plays the number three team. All the games will be a best-of-three affairs. — Caecent No-ot Magsumbol
