Brothers Clark and Clarence Tiu stole the show at the conclusion of the 1st Vice Governor Sanchez Chinese-Taipei-Philippine Bowling Tournament held at the Gaisano Bowlingplex in Banilad.
Clark of Prima Pasta averaged 220 in eight games to score 1,762 pinfalls in winning the coveted master’s crown. His brother Clarence finished second with 1,742 pinfalls. Joe Garce of General Feeds wound up third with 1,727, while RP team member Joonee Gatchalian settled for fourth with 1,706 pinfalls, with Johan Gasataya finishing fifth with 1,700.
Clarence redeemed himself in the all-events, scoring 2,579 to win the title. Sulpicio Lines’ Art Dacumo finished second with 2,570, with Prima II’s John Gasataya taking third place with 2,557.
Earlier, Dacumos won the singles event with 949 pinfalls, 35 pins over his closest pursuer, Joonee Gatchalian.
