Don Bosco leads winners in Aboitiz Football

Don Bosco blanked University of Southern Philippines Foundation, 4-0, yesterday in the men's open division of the 10th Aboitiz- CebuFa Football League at the San Roque football field in Subangdaku, Mandaue City.
Don Bosco leaned on the triumvirate of Niño Zapanta, who banged in a goal in the 67th minute, Iry Genson in 81st and Crisanto Sanchez, who poured out two goals in the 43rd and 90th minutes of the game.
On the other hand, Wild Cebu crushed Queen City United, 2-1, behind the efforts of Eddie Ybañez in the 11th and Jonathan Sollo in the 41st. QCU's lone scorer was Marvin Baring who made the goal in the 67th.
Crazy Horse, on the other hand, go wild after dumping San Roque Football Club, 7-1.
Nizar Khalifa and Mitsuo Tsunakiri of Crazy Horse made single goals in 16th and 28th minutes, respectively.
Albert Nangkil contributed two goals in the 24th and 77th minutes while Rodolphe Lina contributed the most number of goals with three in the 63rd, 85th and 88th.
SRFC's lone scorer was Nelson Eco in the 87th minute.
The last game yesterday saw University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-r) thrashing Magone, 1-0, through the heroics of Oscar Ledesma in the 67th minute.
