Patalinghug was followed by Gwaping's John Paul Baco, Kalit's Junjun Canasa, Social Climber's Jonel Tibay and Jojo Juezan.
Even with a flat tire, however, Ricky Ermitanio was able to keep the driver's seat with 45 points in the overall individual classification.
Patalinghug's third leg victory pushed him up to second place with 41 points while Boy Pagnanawon dropped to third with 35 points.
Junjun Canasa is at fourth spot with 34 point while Baco landed fifth with 30 points.
In the overall team classification, Kalit remains on top with 105 points while the fourth to fifth spots are occupied by Rut Machine Shop with 87 points, Spark Kleen with 47 points, Social Climbers with 38 points and Gwapings with 35 points in this event sponsored by Spark Kleen Laundry Powder, Al Figer and the South Jersey Cycling, Frank Gatdula, Glenn Rasco and Vellum.
