Cycling Showdown set January 7 at Willie's Place

Cebuano mountainbikers will get a treat for the New Year with the staging of the Cycling Showdown on January 7 at Willie's Place in Busay.
Over a hundred pedal-pushers are expected to answer to the challenge, which will feature both the cross-country and downhill events.
The cross-country will be divided into eight classes namely golden boys, fatboys, beginners, executives, senior open, junior, veteran and masters division.
Cross-country riders will go for a circuit racing.
The downhill competition, on the other hand, will be an open class.
Interested parties are pegged a P50 registration fee.
Winners in the event will go home with cash, trophy or medals and an event jersey.
This Big Al's Production-organized event is sponsored by the extra-ordinary board, Durabend, Classica Touch, YKK Trading and Seiko as the official timer of the race.
