The University of San Carlos (USC) Warriors will try to test their might to rule the Visayas region when the Milo Basketball Efficiency and Scientific Training (BEST) Basketball Tournament stages its regional championships this afternoon in Iloilo City.
This is the first time in the history of Milo BEST here that only one school is representing Cebu in the regional level.
USC-South Campus has the bigger task to take as they try to defend their title in the small basketeers of the Philippines (SBP) division.
USC-North, on the other hand, will be playing in the passerelle division.
The Cebuanos will be going up against the best of Iloilo and Bacolod.
Passerelle's defending champion is La Salle Bacolod.
