Ocañada tops Maskara Darts

Cebuano Winnie Ocañada who was paired with Negrense Rommel Bagutayao won the doubles event of the 7th Masskara Darts Open at the Tops Bowling lanes in Bacolod City over the weekend.

Ocañada showed consistency all throughout and so was Bagutayao to win the title over a tandem from Iloilo.

Two other Cebuanos, Roy Laude who picked fellow Cebuano William Encorporado in the draw, wound up third.

Jerous Ponce who was also paired with a Bacolod-based darter settled eighth overall.

In the single's competition, City Hall Employees Darts Association (CHEDA) bet Laude came out as the highest placed Cebuano after bagging the fourth place honors.

Laude's partner in the doubles, Encorporado was fifth while Ponce of Terton Craft landed sixth place.
