Agencia Minglanilla drubs PhilHealth in Talisay hoop

After tasting defeat for the first time, Agencia Minglanilla rose back to life by whipping PhilHealth, 76-64, to take the solo second place in the open division of the 2006Talisay City Mayor's Cup basketball tournament at the Talisay City Sports Complex.
