ALA ring stars to grace Basketball TV launching

TAGBILARAN CITY The "Awesome Foursome" of ALA boxing family make up the star-studded list of special guests invited to grace the trade launch of Basketball TV (BTV) and the reformatted Solar Sports.
BTV, to be broadcast on Solar Sports, is a ground-breaking sports television program that provides extensive coverage on all basketball affairs in the country.
Boholano boxers Rey "Boom Boom" Bautista, Czar Amonsot, and AJ "Bazooka" Banal and Cebuano Z "The Dream" Gorres will have a chance to mingle and rub elbows with RP's hottest sports celebrities today in BTV's launching at 7 pm on Monday at the Grand Ballroom of New World Rennaissance Hotel in Makati City.
Aside from the present day sports heroes led by no less than the reigning world billiards king Efren "Bata" Reyes, various personalities ranging from columnists, coaches and former athletes are also expected to attend the gathering.
Ralph Joseph S. Roy, vice president for business development and operations of Solar Entertainment Corporation, said the event will also be a great opportunity for them to introduce the promising ALA fighters to potential sponsors.
The four ALA Boys are scheduled to leave for Manila this Monday morning. They will be accompanied by ALA big boss Antonio "Bidoy" L. Aldeguer, Tagbilaran City Mayor Dan Neri Lim and his executive assistant Mark Monton.
