Suelto grabs two titles in Davao, Cebu events

CEBUANO bowler Bel Suelto Jr. scored two victories in a row as he topped in a competition in Davao City and here at the Gaisano Bowlingplex.
Suelto grabbed the top honors in the recently concluded Davao Tenpin Bowling Association Invitational Tournament in Davao City.
He went on to extend his domination in the Bowlingplex Tenpin Association (BTA) Bowler of the Month action at the Gaisano Bowlingplex
He was named the best bowler in the men's division for the month of August.
Suelto completed the series with 1,852 pinfalls to win the title and a ticket to the Bowler of the Year action.
Ed Aniñon wound up second with 1,761 points as Luther Tapaya settled third with 1,755 pinfalls.
The fourth to 12th placers in the monthly battle were Clark Tiu (1743), Ed San Jose (1687), Edwin Apawan (1619), Junjun Gothong (1607), Manny Tiu (1599), Boy Co and Lolong Uy both with 1,575, Bebe Illano (1548) and Johnny Yap with 1,129 points.
