Lao enters Bowler of the Year battle

Kim Lao finally grabbed a slot for the Bowler of the Year battle after coming out as June's best in the Bowlingplex Tenpin Association's (BTA) Monthly Competition at the Gaisano Bowlingplex in Banilad.

Lao came out the best of June after toppling a total of 1,576 pins in eight games.

Xyrra Cabusas ended second with 1,554 pinfalls and Alexis Sy placed third with 1,530 pinfalls.

Aside from Lao, those who already got a slot in the Bowler of the Year action are Nikki Tan, Tessie Dante, Elaine Uy and Alexis Sy.
