PATT's b'minton tilt set on August 19-20

It's all set for the first anniversary cup of PATT's Badminton Court in Cabancalan, Mandaue City on August 19-20.

According to Alex Remedio of Patts Badminton Court, they are expecting close to 100 entries in the event which will be an open category for smashers under class C, D and E. There will be competitions in the men's doubles, women's doubles and mixed doubles.

The organizers stressed that they are not allowing varsities and trainors to join the contest as they are giving chances to other players to shine.

They have set the levelling on July 22 (Saturday) from 7-9 in the evening and July 23 (Sunday) 7-9 pm ; July 29 (Saturday) 5-7 pm and July 30 (Sunday) 5-7 pm.

Deadline of entries and leveling will be on August 5 (Saturday) 7-8 pm and August 6 (Sunday) 5-7 in the evening.

Registration fee is pegged at P500 per player and P400 per player for the second entry.

Cash, trophies and other freebies will be given away to winners.
