Nemesis, Velonauts top RECYCLE June series

Hitler Nemesis and his team Velonauts hogged the limelight anew as they topped their respective categories with a very comfortable margin after the sixth-leg June edition of the RECYCLE Race Series over the weekend at the Mandaue City reclamation area.

Nemesis, who just landed fourth in the last leg, zoomed on top with 92 points,29 points ahead of Junjun Canasa of Team Kalit,while Richard Patalinghug ended third with 52 points.

Velonauts also bagged the overall team classification crown with 198 points.

Lapu-Lapu-RUT settled for second with 155 points, five points ahead of Team Kalit, while Spark Kleen was fourth with 80 points followed by the Super Climbers with 60 points.

The victory of the Velonauts was highlighted by the domination of Ian Colina in the final leg against John Ermitanio of Kalit.

The third to fifth places in the last leg of the June edition supported by Larry and Stephen Chian of Spark Kleen Laundry Powder and Al Figer of South Jersey Cycling were occupied by Junjun Canasa of Kalit, Velonauts' Nemesis and Lapu-Lapu-RUT's Henry Tampus.
