Alexis Sy claims May title in BTA Ladies monthly tourney

Alexis Sy topped the May edition of the Bowlingplex Tenpin Association (BTA) Ladies Bowler of the Month over the weekend at the Gaisano Bowlingplex in Brgy. Banilad, this city.

Sy finished the eight-game series with a total of 1,645 pinfalls. Her best output was in Game 5 with 231 and then capped her campaign with 228 pins.

Kim Lao took the first runner-up honors with 1, 642 pinfalls highlighted by a 259-point show in Game 6, while Germaine Uang was second runner-up with 1, 525 pinfalls.

Xyrra Cabusas and Bette Goyoco completed the top five finishers with 1, 516 and 1, 443 pinfalls, respectively.
