TCC-Dancesport grabs top honors in Malaysia, Singapore

Dancesport Team Cebu City made waves in two international competitions in Singapore and Malaysia.

First, the Singapore Millennium event produced a senior division title courtesy of Jun-Jun Marante and an Indonesian partner.

Jimmy Noel and Radha Alfar collected a silver in the novice latin while

Israel Rona and Jennifer Amahan had a bronze in the pre-amateur competition.

Danilo Almario and Zonet Balbuena also added glitter to the Cebuano squad after ranking fifth in novice standard while Renante Saldua and Ricca Alix had two sixth place finishes in the novice standard and senior division.

After Singapore, the Cebuanos invaded Malaysia for the Malaysian Millennium.

This time, Jimmy Noel and Radha Alfar got the championship trophy in the novice latin.

Noel and Alfar also added impact to their bid with a bronze in the pre-amateur class and they were trailed by teammates Israel Rona and Jennifer Amahan.

The novice standard, on the other hand, saw Bernie Tumarong and Georgia Osmeña making their presence felt with a bronze finish.

The pair of Renante Saldua and Ricca Alix was fifth in the novice standard and sixth placer was the duo of Danilo Almario and Zonet Balbuena.
