All four Cebuano netters are in the championship round of the PHILTA-Truflex National Age-Group Tennis Championships at the Rizal Memorial Tennis courts.
Supported by Dunlop and Atan Guardo, Sally Mae Siso of the University of San Carlos continued to pounce on and made a finals appearance in the girl's 12-under and 14-under classes.
Sally Mae Siso made it to the finals after scoring a 6-1, 6-0 win against Maiko Tanpoco in the 12-under class.
On the other hand, her route to the finals in the 14-under division was difficult as she had to contend with a tough Joan Opulencia, before surviving, 4-6, 6-4, 6-0.
But her toughest test is yet to come today as she battles it out against top ranked 14-under netter Sarah Jane Lim.
Sally Mae Siso's final opponent in the 12-under is still unknown as off presstime.
Sally Mae's elder brother, Nino, for his part, also claimed his final ticket via the decider in the 14-under, pulling off a hard-earned, 6-4, 4-6, 6-3 win against Leander Lazaro to meet Kim Zarasa in the championship.
On the other hand, Jacob Lagman will tackle Deo Talatayod for the third time in a championship match after Lagman posted an easy semifinal win against Calvin Canlas, 6-0, 6-0.
Francis Largo joined the other Cebuanos in the round after taking a 6-1, 6-3 win opposite Mark Espidido in the boys 16-under.
Largo will be tackling Patrick Arevalo for the title.
