1st Mayor Al Arquillano MTB Challenge set March 12

Mountainbikers are set to challenge San Francisco, Camotes in the staging of the first Mayor Al Arquillano Mountainbike Challenge on March 12.
The event will be featuring eight categories namely the open, senior, junior, veteran, master, beginners, executive and fatboys.
Active and former National team members are welcome in the event.
Mountainbikers will be dealing with a distance of 45 kilometers of flat, rough and winding roads.
A total cash prize of P50,000 will be at stake.
Registration fee is pegged at P350, which will already include pack lunch, t-shirt and a free transportation to Camotes.
Registration is open in different bike shops here including YKK, Aison and Bikehub or at the Danao port before the departure of the pumpboat bound for Camotes.
The pumpboat will leave the shores of Danao on Saturday. A truck will also pick-up the riders at the back of SM City at 12 noon, also on Saturday.
