On the other hand, Don Bosco College defeated Blessed John Seminary via penalty shootout, 3-0, to clinch the third honors.
Bryan Liu broke the ice for Springdale at the 25th minute when he sneaked in a goal following a miscalculation from a Hiroshi player.
Springdale continued to put up strong defensive walls against the equally strong Hiroshi, keeping them at bay as goalkeeper Paolo Pascual did his job well.
In the second half, Hiroshi still could not find its mark as Springdale's Myles Edward Chu sparked a late charge.
Coming from a kick in the right corner, Chu then headed the ball smoothly to the goal's mouth in the 79th minute as Springdale logged its second.
The victory of Springdale earned them the right to represent Cebu in the U-15 Philippine Football Federation-Visayas Championship slated next year.
"We gave credit to Hiroshi for a good game. The scores do not reflect the real story of the game because they bring out the best in our players," said Springdale coach Mario Ceniza.
Ceniza, on the other hand, plans to pick up potential players in other teams to reinforce Springale when they play in the regional tilt.
"We can not say we can not pick up other players. Our first 11 positions still has loopholes. Hopefully we can try out players," added Ceniza.
Meantime, Don Bosco College fought a scoreless draw against BJS in the opener to forge for a penalty shootout. DB's Michael Pato banged the first goal while Sean Gacayana and Diego Manuel Canga pitched goals as they held BJS scoreless for a 3-0 win.
