Araneta retains lead in RECYCLE series

The Freeman columnist Dr.Jose Vicente "JV" Araneta managed to keep the drivers seat even as he failed to win the penultimate leg of the RECYCLE Road Series at the Mandaue City reclamation area yesterday.
"As the points leader, I let go all others who were far behind. I was watched Lyndyl(Caraquel)," Araneta said.
The fourth leg saw Darwin Limbaga on top while Sammy Tanieza was second.
The third to fifth placers were John Ray Jaca, Neil Duhaylungsod and Art Lambo.
Araneta ended up seventh and earned five points to improve his tally to 60 points going into the final leg.
Duhaylungsod trailed Araneta at close second with 57 points while Limbaga occupied the third spot with 51 points.
Caraquel is at fourth place with 48 points and Xerox Lauron at fifth place with 39 points.
