Lapuz, Nebria grab RECYCLE September plum

Dexter Lapuz and Celso Nebria came out the fastest in their respective classes to be named RECYCLE's Road Cyclist of the Month of September at the Mandaue City Reclamation area.
Lapuz took the overall jersey in class B, outsmarting Ciano Dignos.
Dignos claimed the last leg honors, but Lapuz got the overall title after posting a 16-point advantage, 57 against 41 in the final tally.
In the last leg, behind Lapus was Henri Tampus as the former class C top rider, Rex Gonzalez was fourth and Stephen Chian at fifth place in the event sponsored by &Sports and Spark Kleen Laundry Powder.
On the other hand, Celso Nebria ruled class C with 53 points.
Behind Nebria in the overall standings were Jaime Noynay with 43 points as Richard Palinghug ended third with 27 points.
