Bardaje spoils Versoza's bid in Leyte cycling

Haylin Bardaje stopped fellow Cebuano Clifford Versoza from pulling a double victory as he dominated the road race in Ichon, Leyte last Sunday.
Bardaje broke away from the pack, three kilometers down in the 70-kilometer road race and relegated Versoza to second place while Darwin Limbaga was third.
Lyndyl Caraquel and Richard Patalinghug were fourth and fifth placers, respectively, in the race supported by Brgy. Captain Bernadetha Luego.
Aside from Luego, also supporting the Leyte bid of the Cebuanos were Pany's Bakeshop, Lemar Marketing, Edna's Bakeshop, Torq, Al Figer, Maasin Pure, STI, MetroBank, Footprints Sandals and &Dot Sports.- Caecent O. No-ot
