Mayor Bobby Alquisola Memorial moto-x today

Cebu's seasoned and upcoming riders will once again show off their maneuvering skills today in the 1st Mayor Bobby Alquisola Memorial Cup Motocross in Barili.

At least 50 riders from all over Cebu as well as some visiting daredevils will vie for top honors in the one-day event.

Barili had been hosting several races in the past already, but it's going to be a little different this time as the riders and the people of Barili will surely miss the man who has helped them in any way he can, the late Robert "Bobby" Alquisola.

Renan and Rhryan Alquisola, children of the late Barili mayor, are expected to make waves in their respective divisions today even against a strong field of opposition.

The organizing PowerSports Racing and Team Quicklight led by the Rubis-Pepo, Popeye and Andot - are anticipating another heated battle at the racetrack.
