Rose Pharmacy chess today at SM

Pawnpushers will tests their skills anew as the Rose Pharmacy Open Active Chess Tournament unfurls 1 p.m. today in SM City Cebu.

The two-day chessfest follows a seven round Swiss System.

Late participants will be accepted and can still register before the tournament rolls off and will be given a first and second round bye.

Registration fee is pegged at P100.

Three rounds will be contested today while the remaining four rounds will be played tomorrow.

The champion gets to pocket P2, 000, second place with P1, 500, while third place will receive P1, 000.
