Tan bags BTA's May tiara

Nikki Tan copped the ladies May crown of the Bowlingplex Tenpin Association monthly tournament at the Gaisano Bowlingplex.

Tan toppled down a total of 1,452 pinfalls in six games to clinch her second title, with March being the first one. She went home with P1, 500.

January champion Celi Adolfo finished second with 1,443 pinfalls. She pocketed P1,000.

Marivic Panuncillo finished third with 1,436 pinfalls, while Alexis Sy was fourth with 1, 433 pins.

Fortunately for Panuncillo and Sy, Tan and Adolfo already qualified to the season-ending bowler of the year tilt this December, thus, they earned the slots alloted for the months of May and June.
