Burglar makes off with donuts, cash
CEBU, Philippines — An unidentified man broke into a café in Mango Square, Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City, around 7 a.m. last Wednesday and got away with food, valuable items, and cash.
A female staff of the café was surprised to see the store messy when she reported for work. Upon checking the footage from a security camera installed in the store, she found out that an unidentified man had broken in and entered from the backdoor.
In the said footage, the burglar can be seen entering the door wearing a hoodie jacket, sunglasses, and a facemask. He used a flashlight to looking for items he could steal.
The café staff immediately reported the incident to the Abellana Police Station of the Cebu City Police Office.
The burglar made off with 28 donuts, AirPods, a tip box containing cash, a tablet, and ?4,349.20 in sales money.
The police are currently investigating the incident to identify the man and arrest him. (CEBU NEWS)
