Tabucal is new BCLP-Cebu City prexy

CEBU, Philippines — Sudlon 1 barangay councilor Dante Tabucal has been elected as the new Cebu City chapter president of the Barangay Councilors League of the Philippines (BCLP).

Tabucal, the former barangay captain of Sudlon 1, expressed his gratitude to all those who supported his full slate, who swept all positions during BCLP-Cebu City chapter election last Friday at the Mariner s Court.

Harold Kendrick Go of Brgy. Kamputhaw emerged as exexutice vice president, while Troy Tan of Brgy. Kasambagan and Gerry Auxilio of Brgy. Quiot Pardo were elected as VPs for the north and south districts, respectively.

Other elected officers were: Former Tisa SK chair Sonia Cal as secretary-general; Punta Princesa s Gil Hamoy as the new auditor; and Ronald Labitad of Pamutan as PRO.

Separate board of directors were also elected

for the two districts, namely Ryan Aznar of Sambag 2, Fritz Herrera of Lorega-San Miguel, Clyde Limpag of Pulang Bato and Rey Francisco of Carreta for the north, and Jerson Cadampog of Pung-ol Sibugay, Renato Alburo of Labangon, Albert Gabutan of Guadalupe and Richard Cania of Calamba for the south.

Cebu City South District Representative Edu Rama personally congratulated the new officers of the BCLP-Cebu City Chapter.

Rama expects a more efficient delivery of services in the barangay with the solid line-up of the new officers of BCLP-Cebu City chapter.
