Gullas expressed his appreciation to the new set of officers of the business chamber when they paid him a courtesy visit the other day.

“Nagpasalamat ko sa atong Talisay City Chamber of Commerce, Trade and Industry Inc. officials led by their new president, Archie Campo, for taking on this challenge to serve their fellow Talisaynons,” Gullas said.

The other TCCCTI officials are Lendice Marie Cal, vice president; Carl Cabusas, Jaycel Sato, Kenneth Ngosiok, Archt. Andrew Tan, Vanessa Arcenal, Charles Catipay, Joseph Roxas and Renerey Flores as board of trustees.

Gullas said the TCCCTI’s role is very vital especially that businesses in the city are “booming”.

“As businesses continue to thrive after the pandemic, we need the chamber to help in organizing the city’s local businesses,“ Gullas said.

“Dako sad kaayo ni sila ug tabang sa pag-connect sa atong mga local business sector sa city government, especially in tackling issues related to their sector. Nalipay lang ko that they also shared to us ang ilang mga plans nga maka benefit gyud ang matag Talisaynon,” he added.

Gullas has assured the group of the city government’s continued support whatever way.

“We also assured them of our commitment in supporting their initiatives that would help in developing our city’s local business community,” Gullas said. — /FPL (FREEMAN)
